# 当用户主要通过电子邮件查看时，是否应提高其信任等级？

对于希望将信任等级提升至 3 级的用户，他们需要阅读大量话题并发布内容。
对于主要通过电子邮件查看帖子的用户，据我所知，Discourse 无法在用户通过邮件阅读话题和帖子时增加达到 TL3 所需的计数。
我理解得对吗？对于这些用户，要增加浏览次数以达到 TL3，唯一的办法就是更频繁地访问网站，浏览更多话题，并在网站上发帖？
我清楚作为管理员，我可以手动提升他们的等级。

我很好奇，如果一个人不访问该网站，为什么还会在意他们的 TL？反正他们也享受不到额外信任带来的好处。你能详细说明一下吗？

这只是我的猜测，但与用户的对话始于我提到 [TL3](https://blog.discourse.org/2018/06/understanding-discourse-trust-levels/) 用户会获得：
> 他们所有的链接都会被跟随（我们会移除自动添加的 nofollow 属性）
该用户偶尔会访问网站，但更喜欢通过电子邮件阅读主题。此外，他们也会创建主题和回复帖子。至于具体方式，我并不清楚。

说实话，信任等级是给那些算是常客的人准备的。如果他们实际上并不怎么使用这个社区，那他们就不是常客，只是偶尔使用它的成员。我的论坛也是这样，我们是季节性的。只有那些全年活跃的人才能真正达到 TL3 级别。我对此没问题。如果这些人都不来网站阅读，那扩展功能又有什么用处呢？
总之，如果你只关心 nofollow 的问题，那也许直接关闭添加该选项的功能就好？

是的，您说得对。
Discourse 无法知道他们是否阅读了帖子，除非他们在网站上阅读。仅仅因为有人收到了邮件就假设他们实际上已经采取了任何行动，这是没有道理的。
