Does the problem persist in safe mode ? are there any errors in the console when you try scrolling to the bottom of the page?

Thanks for the answer. It works fine in safe mode . There are no errors in the console when scrolling to the bottom. Here is a list of plugins I have (not all of them are enabled). I’ve tried to disable them one by one and see if it helped, but it didn’t. [Admin - 2023-03-16 16-17-49]

It’s not likely one of those plugins. You might try next checking your theme components.
