외부 SSO 서버로 리다이렉트되지 않는다면 그 모든 것이 무의미하며, SSO를 사용하지 않는 것입니다. 해당 사이트가 공개되어 있나요?

잠깐요. `Enable Discourse Connect`가 표시되지 않는 것 같으니, 활성화되어 있지 않은 것 같습니다. “오버라이드만 표시” 옵션이 켜져 있을 때 이 항목이 표시되지 않기 때문일 것입니다.

아무 조치도 필요하지 않습니다.
