This is the problem:

Looks like you are dealing with a subfolder install.

Check our guide [Serve Discourse from a subfolder (path prefix) instead of a subdomain](https://meta.discourse.org/t/subfolder-support-with-docker/30507) and amend your yml file on the `containers` folder to follow it.
