# Installed Discourse. Not able to log in as admin

I finished installing my Discourse via SSH. I can also see the default Discourse board now on my website. But I am not able to log in as admin. It doesn’t recognize my email address at all.

When I go to [example.com/admin](http://example.com/admin), it shows a 404.

Any idea what I am doing wrong.

Did you run discourse-setup? That’s where you set the admin email address.
