# DigitalOcean에 Discourse 설치 중 막힘

커뮤니티 여러분, 안녕하세요 — Discourse를 정말 좋아합니다. 이번에는 직접 설치해 보려 합니다.
저는 프로그래밍을 전혀 모르는 사람입니다.
DigitalOcean에서 드롭렛(Droplet)을 생성했고, Mailgun에서 계정/서브도메인을 만들어 인증 정보도 준비했습니다.
하지만 여기서 막혔습니다:
> 클라우드 서버에 액세스하기

> SSH를 사용하여 서버의 IP 주소로 연결하거나, Windows에서는 Putty를 사용하세요:

> 서버 설정 시 DigitalOcean에서 보낸 이메일에 포함된 root 비밀번호를 입력하세요. root 비밀번호를 변경하라는 프롬프트가 표시됩니다.
오늘까지 터미널을 한 번도 열어본 적이 없습니다. 그리고 root 비밀번호 이메일도 찾을 수 없습니다. DigitalOcean에서 쿠폰에 대한 축하 메시지와 설정 지침을 보내준 이메일만 있을 뿐입니다.
질문: ssh를 사용하여 드롭렛에 액세스하는 방법은 무엇이며, 어떤 비밀번호를 찾아야 하는가요?

계정에 로그인한 뒤 비밀번호 재설정을 진행하세요.
그럼 길고 긴 비밀번호가 하나 메일로 도착할 거예요.
그 다음 로그인하면 비밀번호를 변경하라고 알려줄 겁니다.

마지막으로 이렇게 했을 때 비밀번호가 포함된 이메일을 받았는데, 처음 로그인할 때 이를 변경해야 합니다. Digital Ocean 웹사이트를 통해서도 재설정할 수 있습니다.
터미널과 SSH는 생각보다 어렵지 않아요. 어떻게 해야 할지 막막할 때 구글이 좋은 친구가 되어 줄 수 있습니다.

좋아요. 로그인이라고 하면 터미널/SSH을 사용해서 접속하는 걸 의미하나요, 아니면 DigitalOcean 웹사이트를 통해 접속하는 걸 말씀하시는 건가요?

이제 403 오류가 발생합니다.
좋습니다. 설치까지 완료되었고 모든 것이 정상적으로 작동하는 것처럼 보였습니다…
(제 사이트가 호스팅되고 네임서버가 설정된 Siteground에서 A 레코드를 생성하여 제 드롭렛 IP 주소로 포인터를 설정했습니다.)
하지만 이제 브라우저에서 설치된 사이트에 접근할 수 없습니다. 로그인/관리자 계정 생성 단계를 시작하려고 하면 다음과 같은 화면이 표시됩니다:
403 - Forbidden Error
이 주소에 접근할 권한이 없습니다.
오류가 지속되면 웹사이트 웹마스터에게 문의해 주세요.
이 사이트의 웹마스터라면 cPanel에 로그인하여 에러 로그를 확인해 주세요. 해당 오류의 정확한 원인을那里에서 찾을 수 있습니다.
이 오류의 일반적인 원인은 다음과 같습니다:
잘못된 파일/디렉터리 권한: 644 미만.
웹 서버가 파일을 읽을 수 있도록 하려면 파일 권한은 644 이상이어야 합니다. FTP 클라이언트 또는 cPanel의 파일 관리자를 통해 파일 권한을 업데이트할 수 있습니다.
.htaccess 파일 내부의 제한적인 Apache 지시문.
이 오류를 일으킬 수 있는 Apache 지시문은 두 가지입니다 - 'Deny from’과 'Options -Indexes’입니다.

Cpanel이 설치된 드롭릿을 지정하지 않은 한, 이러한 문제가 발생해서는 안 되며, 아마도 DNS가 아직 전파되지 않은 상태일 가능성이 높습니다.
다음과 같은 서비스를 사용해 보세요:

감사합니다. cpanel이 설치된 드롭렛을 지정하지 않았습니다 — 제가 무언가를 잘못한 게 아니라면요.
시간 지연 때문일 수도 있습니다. 내일 다시 확인해 보겠습니다.
(하지만 [whatsmydns.net](http://whatsmydns.net) 사이트를 통해 A 레코드의 DNS를 확인하면 녹색 체크 표시가 여러 개 표시됩니다. 그래서 이미 전파된 것일 수도 있겠네요?)

1클릭 설치기는 일종의 표준 설치이지만, 작업을 수행해야 하는 올바른 방법을 알게 해주지 않습니다.
실제로는 [Discourse 공식 표준 설치](https://meta.discourse.org/t/discourse-official-standard-installation/142537)를 따르는 것이 필요합니다. 다만, 이미 하신 것처럼 ssh(또는 콘솔)를 사용하여 서버에 접근할 수 있을 것 같습니다.
```plaintext
cd /var/discourse
./discourse-setup
```
이렇게 작동한다면, "공식 설치"를 완료했다고 말할 수 있으며, `./launcher rebuild app`와 같은 명령이 정상적으로 작동한다는 것을 알게 될 것입니다.

도와주셔서 감사합니다! 이제 이메일 문제를 해결하고 있습니다… 조금씩 나아가고 있어요.
추가로 말씀드리자면, SSH나 터미널에 익숙하지 않은 사람들에게는 이 표준 안내문에 실제 막히는 부분이 있습니다. 예를 들어, 비밀번호를 입력하기 시작하면 입력창에 아무것도 표시되지 않는다는 점을 몰랐거든요. 그래서 뭔가 고장 난 줄 알았죠. 안내문의 다른 부분에서는 실제로 커맨드 라인에 입력해야 할 내용과 다른 텍스트가 제시되기도 합니다. 구글링이나 포럼 검색을 하면 결국 해결되긴 하지만, 느린 과정이었어요. 초보자나 일반 사용자, 프로그래머가 아닌 사람들을 위해 안내문에 약간의 주석을 달아주면 도움이 될 것 같습니다.

게빈, 고마워요 - 이미 처리했어요! 이제 고쳐진 것 같아요. 이메일 설정 필드 중 하나에 잘못된 내용을 입력해 뒀었거든요.
