# Instead of loading wheel I get a modal box due to guest gate plugin

Ahhhh, that’s a good tip!

I am using the [Guest Gate (Sign Up Popup Plugin)](https://meta.discourse.org/t/guest-gate-sign-up-popup-plugin/56625) which uses the `.gate` class.

So I wonder if this is an issue created by that guest gate!
