[Already been discussed](https://meta.discourse.org/t/house-ads-in-the-official-ad-plugin/116715/86). Very unlikely that the ad networks’ js covers single-page apps correctly. Otherwise you don’t need the ad plugin at all. [Just use theme components](https://meta.discourse.org/t/developer-s-guide-to-discourse-themes/93648).
