# 间歇性问题：已清除的项目重新出现在审核队列中

虽然我还没有确定重现此行为的确切步骤，但我希望报告此问题，看看集体的经验是否能帮助确定原因。最近——可能与新的审核队列启动同时发生——我注意到在清除项目后，它们偶尔会立即重新出现在队列中。

这似乎主要发生在执行“积极”操作之后，例如批准帖子或主题。我记得看到其中一些由于“人工智能垃圾邮件检查”而重新出现，尽管我可能记错了。

虽然新的队列和人工智能检查可能是误导，但时间点似乎吻合，所以我将它们作为潜在的线索提出来……
