# Intersection tag + category

Hi,

I have a need to be able to filter all the posts tagged with a specific tag ( /tag/tagname works great) AND in a specific category (/c/categoryname/42 )

is there a way to have an intersection between tag and category? the only way I found is to use the advanced search, but the display isn’t as nice as the list of posts on tags or category

Is there a magic url that I’m missing?

You can (re-)discover this by going to the topic list for the category, and then using the tags dropdown to select a tag.
