I looked for it in the chat prefs first, then finally found it in interface prefs. I agree it feels buried among all the other interface preferences.
So glad it exists, because with this setting set to enter it breaks functionality in AI bot messages like pressing enter to create the next bullet point (cmd-enter does not create the next bullet) or to autocomplete tags, categories or emojis (enter to select on the popup submits the message).
I will see how it feels with the setting set to command-enter. But I don’t think this will address my issues with thischange to AI bot conversations. It messes with my muscle memory about how to write posts in Discourse.
Looks like the ai_bot_enable_docked_composer setting will be taken away from us soon. I’d be grateful if you were to change your mind and please please, pretty please 
not do that!
