Is there any documentation on how the sidebar/header background color is selected from color schemes? My organization’s brand and style guide is producing a very pink background as a result of our colors, with Horizon determining `#ffecea` as a color to pick which isn’t in our brand book nor in the theme.

Current theme is below:
