If unified new was enabled, the notification/totals route used by the Discourse… Mobile app would return the sum of new and unread counts, but it would be more ideal to still show a separate link for new (topics) and unread (replies) counts in the app. So we split the numbers even if unified new is enabled.

Show a "Topics (N)" and "Replies (N)" count instead of new/unread counts when u…nified new is enabled for a site, which also takes the user to the /new?subset=X routes for each link.
