I would like to state that this the new invite modal and sidebar feature is very convient and easier than the old method of doing it in your profile.
The old way:
You have to fill in invite details and you cannot change the expiration date. And the email part can be misleading for some in the old method.
The new way:
Invites in one button press!
This menu also looks neater than before and tells you emails are optional.
Nice change.
