# iOS app user suddenly logged out?

one of our users uploaded:

Was working OK but then changed to this

And when I select Authorize it gives an error message

# Oops

Hi @Seth_Godin,

Two things to try:

- remove the site and add it again
- reinstall the app

I can’t be 100% sure this is it here, but we are rethinking the auth flow due to some iOS bug with cookies in the app. This should improve this in the future.

Please let me know if it works or not.

Unfortunately there are a number of current iOS bugs around browser cookie handling that are affecting the iOS app. @sam may have more specifics to share.
