# IP 地址查询始终无法定位位置

在用户管理视图中执行查找操作时，是否总是显示未知位置且没有任何日志？而在 [GeoIP web services demo | MaxMind](https://www.maxmind.com/en/geoip2-precision-demo) 上查询同一 IP 地址却能获得有效结果。不知如何排查问题，有什么建议吗？
