# IP 被封禁？竟在自己的 Discourse 上？

我最近在论坛上冒充了另一位用户，然后退出了登录。但现在，当我尝试登录自己的账号时，系统提示我无法从当前 IP 地址登录。我并没有使用 VPN。请问我该如何找回我的账号？谢谢！

通过不同的 IP（如移动数据等）登录。然后以管理员身份进入管理区域，解除对您 IP 地址的封锁。重新登录。

您需要的具体区域是：管理员、日志、屏蔽 IP。
