# MaxMindライセンスキーを設定してもIP位置情報が不明なまま

MaxMind ライセンスキーとアカウント ID を以下の 3 つの場所に設定しました。`~/.bashrc`、`<Discourse root>/config/discourse.conf`、`discourse.service (Systemd)`。しかし、IP の場所はクエリされず、組織のみが表示されます。

たとえば次のようになります。

`rake assets:precompile` を実行すると、データベースファイルがダウンロードされ、MaxMind のライセンスキーとアカウント ID が利用不可または欠落しているという警告は表示されませんでした。なぜ発生したのかわかりません。

MaxMind アカウントの国を中国に設定すると、`City.mmdb` をダウンロードする際に次のコンテンツが返されます。

Downloads of this database from CN are forbidden due to US bulk sensitive data transfer rules

```
