IP not blacklisted, but rejected

Hello

A member cannot sign-in from a PC :

“Vous ne pouvez pas vous connecter en tant que *** depuis cette adresse IP”
(you cannot sign-in as [pseudo] from this ip)

I ask him his IP :

ipconfig

Configuration IP de Windows
Carte Ethernet Ethernet :
Suffixe DNS propre à la connexion. . . :
Adresse IPv6 de liaison locale. . . . .: fe80::b406:5b7f:9918:137f%16
Adresse IPv4. . . . . . . . . . . . . .: 192.168.0.20
Masque de sous-réseau. . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Passerelle par défaut. . . . . . . . . : 192.168.0.254

I check my IP blacklist history :

His IP is on white list.

So, how to know the problem ?..

Is it possible to log connect attempts rejected, with details (which rule applied to know why the connection is rejected) ?

Thanks

Is this system on an internal network as 192.168 is an internal IP address?

If he is accessing from a remote network you need his public IP address - get him to try going to http://ip4.me/ and giving you the public address.
