You mean internal links to other posts? I’ve implemented this for some importers. I think it’s easier to fix in the importer where old-\>new mapping is easier to get.

Just how HTML gets to markdown can be problematic. You’ll need to look at those example and see if you want to try to fix them now, later, or not at all.
