# iPhone video won’t upload

This is the error I’m getting. The video is a screen recording on an iPhone 16 pro max. File is HEVC. I searched but it seems like it should be okay to upload?

I did something in the settings (no idea what) and it seems to start to process but now getting this error.

I figured this out. I needed to change the allowed upload size in the admin panel as well as nginx.

To get past the first step you need to add the extension to the allowed list in your admin settings. I assume you worked that out.

Yes, I worked it out but didn’t know how. I was mobile and couldn’t tell which extensions were already included. But it’s all working well now. 😊
