# Is anyone using the group PM function for middleman service?

I really like add user to private message functionality that comes at trust lvl 3..

Is anyone utilizing this for any sort of marketplace middle man functionality?

My thought is that it should be possible to add a button to all PMs called Request Middle Man which could flag in the admin panel and a mod could join the chat to act in a middleman capacity.

Thoughts?
