# Is Communiteq.com reliable?

I just signed up for the trial. I cannot set up my own server and $20 a month is reasonable for me.
How reliable is [https://www.communiteq.com/](https://www.communiteq.com/)? Do they have a good reputation?

I’ve not hosted with them, but they recently completed a [development project](https://meta.discourse.org/t/custom-user-post-display/182963) for me with excellent results. I expect their hosting will show the same professionalism.

People from two independent hosting companies post here regularly and I doubt they’d be allowed to if they weren’t reliable. They are @RGJ of Communiteq and @pfaffman of Literate Computing. I just went for Digital Ocean but as soon as something goes seriously wrong I expect I’ll contact one of them… 🙂

I’m not aware of any of any of communiteq’s clients who are unhappy. Or mine. Or cdck’s. 😉
My niche is more with helping those in their own infrastructure. I’ll be around if something goes wrong.
