Is 'in' translateable in relative_reset_time?

I was trying to find out whether “reset_time” in “This community has reached its AI credit limit for today. Please try again after %{reset_time} or contact your site administrator for more information.” was a relative time or a fixed time. I think the preposition I would use in German differs depending on that. So, while I tried to get ChatGPT to help me find an answer for that, I stumbled across:

To me, it looks like “in” is hardcoded so it cannot be translated.

So these usually both work with an absolute time specification?
