# トピックの順序を変更することは可能ですか？

バナーをどこで作成できますか？  
現在、バナーが最適な解決策かどうか確信が持てません。他のトピックと一緒に表示されないため、見落とされる恐れがあります。また、誤って閉じたり折りたたんだり（あるいは意図的に閉じたり）して、後で再び必要になった際にどこにあるか分からなくなるかもしれません。

また、「固定カテゴリ順序」が何を意味するのかもよく理解できません。固定カテゴリ順序の有無にかかわらず、ページ上のトピックの表示順序は変わらないからです。同じカテゴリに属するトピックもグループ化されて表示されません。カテゴリやカテゴリ順序がどのような問題を解決するのか、明確ではありません。
