# Is it possible to @mention a user in the banner as a quick access to provide mod/admin support?

You could create an url to open the composer for a PM to a specific user or group if that’s any use?

Eg. “Send a PM to [community moderators](https://meta.discourse.org/new-message?groupname=community-moderators)”

(You may also need to set ‘who can message this group’ to ‘everyone’ from the group settings)
