# Is live notifications feature broken?

Every brower I tried, on mobile and desktop, none of them can send Discourse notifications.

Well, they are clearly not enabled … why would there be an Enable Notifications button if they were ?

It’s not the first time that button causes some confusion. Can you click the “enable notifications” and report back how it goes then?

I pressed it multiple times, nothing happened.

I have used Discourse for several years, and I remember it should be ‘Disable Notifications’ to make it work.
