您现在可以更改 app.yml。您需要等到发布后才能运行另一个命令行升级。目前尚不清楚在发布新稳定版之前还会有多少个 beta 版本。 稳定版意味着更新次数更少，但不一定意味着 bug 更少。运行稳定版比运行测试通过版需要更多的专业知识。关键的安全更新确实包含在稳定版中，但用户体验问题可能会在下一个稳定版发布之前一直存在。第三方插件与稳定版兼容的可能性较小，因为它的测试不够充分。 如果您想要更少的更新，可以减少更新频率。 ---
