# Is the disco-toc component causing slow rendering for posts with many headings?

I was reading [Discourse toolkit to render forms](https://meta.discourse.org/t/discourse-toolkit-to-render-forms/326439) and have the impression #disco-toc and the number of headings in that post don’t work that well together. It could also be another component. I haven’t taken a closer look. All I can say it works much better when I disable themes using [safe mode](https://meta.discourse.org/t/53504?silent=true)

This is how I expect it to work.
