# モデレーションが必要な投稿がある場合、管理者にメールで通知する機能はありますか？

`notify about queued posts after` を 2 に設定し、特権のないユーザーとしてイベントを作成しました。すでに約4時間が経過していますが、メールは届いていません。

a) どこを見落としているのでしょうか？

b) これはサイト管理者にのみ送信されるべきでしょうか、それともイベントが作成されたカテゴリの管理者にも送信されるべきでしょうか（後者を期待しています）？

また、`Notify about queued posts after` を 2（整数）に変更したところ、浮動小数点数として表示されているようです。Rubyについては全く詳しくないので、これが問題を引き起こすかどうか分かりません。
