# Discourse Chat 能用作客服聊天吗？

我需要一个 Discourse 的聊天功能，用户可以向少数选定的人发送消息，但不能互相发送。有这样的功能吗？

聊天将在特定时间段开放，并会告知您在聊天中排在您前面有多少人。
