# Is there any help needed with Russian translation review?

Hi Denis, thanks for raising this questions.

I’m reviewing the Russian translations.  
Reviewing takes really lots of time, [see why](https://meta.discourse.org/t/tips-read-before-you-start-translating/30658) - it’s not just _looks good, click “review”_.

No need for rush as unreviewed translations are used as well by Discourse. So reviewing is more like making sure a translation is correct and you don’t need to get back to it anymore (until the context changes).

I tend to review only those translations that are 100% correct in the given context. Sometimes translating a term takes weeks of consulting people and looking at other community websites to find the best fit.

So if you wanna help with the translations, the best thing would be translating untranslated strings, taking into account everything outlined in the tips above. – Thanks!
