But as far as I know there is no function that you are looking for.

No, there’s no downvote option.
Discourse isn’t trying to be Reddit, the fear of downvotes can negatively influence what would otherwise be productive and useful discussion.

これで、投稿のアップボートとダウンボートを可能にする「Post Voting」プラグインが利用可能になりました。
