# 我的成员有办法看到被禁止的成员吗？

这种“示众”式的做法几乎从来不起作用，即便作为公开示例或警告也不行。那只是我们北方人所谓的“社会色情”。

如果你不得不频繁封禁用户，那才是真正的问题所在，但这可能也涉及文化差异。

设置`hide suspension reasons`（隐藏封禁原因）能否成为一个折中方案？

我同意 Jagster 的看法。

我认为公开、永久且完整的禁用户名单可能并不会带来好的结果。

不过，如果你禁用了某人，可以创建一个主题或帖子，公开说明该用户被禁用的原因。这条消息旨在提供信息，并警示其他可能带来问题的用户。  
无需列出详细名单。

如果你愿意，也可以要求用户不要讨论该禁用事宜。

一些论坛就是这样做的。通常，这类消息会传达这样的意思：“这是我们的论坛，有既定规则，我们已经发出过警告，但他们并未听从，无需再争辩”。

有些论坛愿意就此展开讨论，这取决于你的决定。具体如何操作，取决于你如何管理论坛、问题的严重程度、社区的行为表现以及其他诸多因素。
