# Issue about personal information list

I’ve set up my own forum. May I ask where I can get an overview of the personal information I’ve collected and inform users about it? Currently, it’s a mystery to me.

1. **Email Address** : Required for account creation.
2. **Username** : Required for account creation.
3. **IP Addresses** : Discourse collects the registration IP address and the last used IP address whenever a user logs in.

4. **Full Name** : Not required unless enabled under the `full name required` setting.
5. **Profile Information** : Users can add bio, location, timezone, and website if they choose.
6. **Custom Fields** : Sites can add custom fields at registration or on profiles.
7. **Avatar** : Users can upload custom profile pictures, or Gravatar can be used if enabled.

Some of the data you listed, such as the username, isn’t “personal information”.
