Issue merging user accounts, web interace and rake console

Would you need to be mindful of other plugins that the user may have data for? Eg. Solved, topic voting ^[1], polls, etc

1. Topic Votes don't transfer when merging accounts

   Hello, I searched for a topic but couldn’t find one addressing the same issue I’m facing. When I merge an old account that has voted on many topics into a new account: The votes aren’t transferred. The vote count on threads remains unchanged, even though the merged old account no longer exists (since the old account is deleted after merging).
