We found out some code changes with Rack::Sendfile required explicit enabling of X-Accel-Redirect in the middleware when bumping from v2.2.19-v2.2.20.
The fix was just merged and is now in latest

Sorry all, had to revert this for some local log failures. Will have the non-broken fix up on Monday
