# 私信（DM）聊天图标徽章计数未显示的问题

我有时也会在我的消息中发现新的私信，尽管侧边栏没有显示点，聊天图标顶部也没有数字。不过，“上次访问”一行清楚地表明这些消息对我来说是新的。

但我还没有弄清楚这种情况何时发生。我唯一确定的是，这种情况发生时我总是处于退出登录状态。

就我而言，没有触发通知的用户是一位管理员，所以我认为您遇到的是新用户的情况并不相关。

您是否使用 DiscourseHub 应用？我想知道它是否涉及其中。如果您不使用该应用，我或许可以排除它。
