# 初回アドミンアカウント作成時の問題

よくある問題は、通知メールがSMTPサービスから送信できない設定になっていることです。おそらく `noreply@your.forum` から送信されており、これをあなたのアドレスに変更する必要があるでしょう。

したがって、VMがそのポートへの送信アクセスをブロックしています。このため、多くのサービスがポート2525をサポートしています。チケットを開いてブロック解除を依頼できるかもしれません。
