안녕하세요,

Discourse에 버그가 있는 것 같습니다. 새 주제 생성을 위한 모더레이션 설정을 변경했는데, 신뢰도 수준이 0인 사용자도 누구나 주제를 생성할 수 있도록 하려고 합니다. 몇 가지 설정을 변경했는데, 스크린샷으로 보여드릴 수 있습니다. 프랑스어로 되어 있어 죄송하지만 잘 전달될 수 있도록 하겠습니다!
