Job exception: getaddrinfo: Name or service not known (SocketError)

Hello,
I’m new to Sidekiq so I’m not sure if I fully understand how it works. I entered /logs and I had the following error:

Job exception: getaddrinfo: Name or service not known (SocketError)

The log:

In the sidekiq I have the following situation in the tries section:

Having similar situation in the dead section.

I also tried to look for a previous topic with the same issue. I found this topic - Jobs::HandledExceptionWrapper: Wrapped SocketError: getaddrinfo: Name or service not known.
It said to add --dns to the file:

> cat /etc/default/docker
# Docker Upstart and SysVinit configuration file

#
# THIS FILE DOES NOT APPLY TO SYSTEMD
#
# Please see the documentation for "systemd drop-ins":
# https://docs.docker.com/engine/admin/systemd/
#

# Customize location of Docker binary (especially for development testing).
#DOCKERD="/usr/local/bin/dockerd"

# Use DOCKER_OPTS to modify the daemon startup options.
#DOCKER_OPTS="--dns 8.8.8.8 --dns 8.8.4.4"

# If you need Docker to use an HTTP proxy, it can also be specified here.
#export http_proxy="http://127.0.0.1:3128/"

# This is also a handy place to tweak where Docker's temporary files go.
#export DOCKER_TMPDIR="/mnt/bigdrive/docker-tmp"

Should I remove the comment sign # from the line "--dns 8.8.8.8 --dns 8.8.4.4" and restart the docker?
If not, what could be the issue? Why it started to happening now?
