# Job::ReadTimeout error

Hello, I was setting up discourse to my site and i set up everything as instructed, but the confirmation email never came and got errors like `Job::ReadTimeout` error, and `504 5.7.4 Unrecognized authentication type [SJ0PR13CA0087.namprd13.prod.outlook.com]`. I went through different posts in the discourse forum and none could help. if there’s any resource how i can fix this and it also doesn’t seem to work with office365 smtp credentials as well so if there’s anything you can guide me with that’d be awesome thank you.

I’m not sure if using MS365 is a good idea for sending bulk email but I found this article:

seems pretty straightforward to achieve.
