# Just installed discourse, how can i update the language?

Hi everyone,

I installed Discourse yesterday every thing seem to work just fine.

I’ve been working on the Arabic translation for some time now & i thought once the instance will be installed it will be as per the latest translation in transfix but it’s not!

is there a way to update my instance language?

We merge translations about once every 2 weeks.
