# Keyboard focus when hitting send

It seems that now that, at least on iOS, hitting the send button first closes the keyboard, and the second click send the message while opening the keyboard again.
It seems pretty obvious that the issue is that the focus area is considered the entire chat box _including_ the send button and it should probably not be part of that focus element?
I’d appreciate any thoughts. Perhaps even a CSS fix?
