You can create a new Persona, that is basically a clone of the default Post translator Persona, but with changes to the system prompt to address your needs.
Then you go to the AI Translation settings at /admin/plugins/discourse-ai/ai-features/6/edit and change the AI translation post raw translator persona to use your customized persona.
