# Language issue and staff category

Hi,
Can we put a email in English and in French, for instance I would like to put a invitation email in French and English ?
Also, I would like to put a person in a staff members, I would like that this person will able to have the same power than me, it’s a person who work with me.

There’s not a setting to enable this automatically, but you can do it manually by visiting `admin > customize > email_templates` - from there you could add additional text to any email.

From a user’s profile page you can click the admin button:
and on the following page there’s an option to grant them admin permissions:
