おそらく、ここで最も簡単な修正は次のとおりです。

```plaintext
> '"' + 'post "body" '.gsub('"', '""') + '"'
=> "\"post \"\"body\"\" \"\""

```

これはCSVで許可されており、機能するはずだと思います。
