Ah thats a separate issue: ["Zlib::BufError: buffer error" - Discourse update fails - #6 by AquaL1te](https://meta.discourse.org/t/zlib-buffer-error-discourse-update-fails/311347/6)

I added `DISCOURSE_MAXMIND_ACCOUNT_ID: 0000` into app.yml (With the actual account ID) and it still errors with Zlib::BufError: buffer error (Zlib::BufError)
