I’m planning to launch a VOD streaming platform focused on niche content (like fitness). I’d like to know from those who’ve done it—what are the key features or challenges I should prioritize early on?
I need to do player customization. Is that possible.

By player customization, I mean being able to change how the video player looks and works like adding my own logo, choosing colors, enabling, disabling features like captions, playback speed, skip buttons, or even adding interactive elements or branding inside the player

You might be better off using a service like [Vimeo](https://vimeo.com/) and embed the videos into your topics
