I’ve managed to fix this issue by performing following steps: Edit containers/app.yml to comment out all but postgres template service Run ./launcher rebuild app then ./launcher enter app Once in, I jump into postgres console su - postgres then psql Once in postgres, I do \c discourse then SELECT * FROM themes and find out the faulty Alternative Logo theme has the ID of 11.
